Inducement

If this doesn't bring all those grown up kids back for Christmas, I don't know what else will!

Aureole

The heavens, approving of Claire's new Christmas arrangement.

Success!

Here's college student Mathieson Duncan, at the conclusion of a successful semester at the LDS Business College. After Christmas he'll be back at it, moving toward a degree in medical assisting, and what ever else he might feel like adding to it. Hut!

Common ground

Two siblings, one baby.

He's back!

Blowout

Mum, Pam Warren and Erika Taylor didn't want to give or get any neighbour gifts this year. So instead they took around flyers inviting people to bring to our house certain selected goods, which would then be distributed to local charities.

A number of people took them up on their offer, coming to donate, and visit, and leave this huge mess. We've learned our lesson!

Knowledge bowling

Here's Claire and her Knowledge Bowl team, rolling to a victory in this rollicking quarter final round. "The Scream," said Claire, and "Hotel California," and "John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr." "Washington DC," she said, and "a-s-s-i-s-t-a-n-t." She even knew enough, somehow, to say "Havasupai."

On the next day they nearly pushed through to the next round, save for __'s brain cramp on that one painfully obvious question near the end. But who hasn't done that in their lives? They lost by one, and had fun, and these happy pictures are still worth thousands. High School!

(Not for much longer, mind you. Next year two, and possibly three of these teammates are going to become college roommates.)

Their first falling out

It might all have been caused by the carrier ...

More of Himself

And Luca? Practically three weeks old, long off that pesky oxygen, sleeping for lo-ong stretches, including much and even most of the way through the night. Ingesting well, digesting well, gaining weight even. Head up, looking right at you.

Babies!

Let's do a little slide show. First, pulchritude.
