Dedicated bike lanes everywhere, almost certainly more favoured and maybe more utilized than the places that the cars go.
This last image is serenely symmetrical, but in real life you had better keep your eyes peeled!

"Last Wednesday we had just contacted a guy and were headed home feeling good about life when I decided to merge off a roundabout at the wrong place and right in the path of a big Dutch guy on his bike. We tried to avoid
each other, but in the same direction, so then I just got t-boned. Whoops! I
