Afternoon and evening 1, Paris

Dad took the chunnel down from London, while Mum and Spence went O'Hare, Heathrow, Charles de Gaulle.

It took us a little while to find each other!

There's a story behind this ...

But then, we did.

Our first B&B/accommodation, very nice, thanks to M. Teddy. We're on the Avenue Carentin Cariou, out in the 19th arrondissement.

Jet lag notwithstanding, we quickly made our way down to the heart of the city, right in the 1st/1er arr.

This photo might not look very heart-of-the-city, but that's due to some urban planning and pedestrianization. We're actually right between the Forum des Halles shopping mall, behind the camera, and that there church of Saint-Eustache.

While we were down there we met one of Spencer's mission office buddies, Anani Bouake, who took us walkin', and for some food.

After that, bed!
